The Ask

Seeking $150K pre-seed to fund operations and platform build while awaiting NSF Phase I decision. $2M–$3M pre-money valuation.

Use of Funds

Burn is front-loaded by design. This round funds one-time product build and sales infrastructure. Once the platform is complete and the outbound engine is running, development shifts to improvements only and CAC drops as channel partners (Henry, Carlisle) and referrals kick in. Burn is time-boxed, not structural.
